Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Personalized items non-returnable unless damaged/defective
Process
- Contact customer support via website or email with order number, items to return, and reason
- Receive return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
- Package item(s) securely with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Ship item(s) back at your expense (unless our error or item defective/damaged)
Refunds
- Items inspected upon receipt
- Approved returns refunded to original payment method within 20 business days
- Shipping charges excluded unless our error or item defective/damaged
Defective/Damaged Items
- Contact customer support immediately
- Provide details and photos if possible
- Receive replacement or full refund (including shipping)
Exchanges
Not offered directly. Return item and place new order for desired item.
