Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Personalized items non-returnable unless damaged/defective

Process

  1. Contact customer support via website or email with order number, items to return, and reason
  2. Receive return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package item(s) securely with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  4. Ship item(s) back at your expense (unless our error or item defective/damaged)

Refunds

  • Items inspected upon receipt
  • Approved returns refunded to original payment method within 20 business days
  • Shipping charges excluded unless our error or item defective/damaged

Defective/Damaged Items

  1. Contact customer support immediately
  2. Provide details and photos if possible
  3. Receive replacement or full refund (including shipping)

Exchanges

Not offered directly. Return item and place new order for desired item.
